Summary
At the Joux-la-Ville detention center in Burgundy, in the women’s district, Manon and Claire, who have been imprisoned for four and five years, are about to be released. One will have completed the entire sentence, the other will be released on parole. An intimate and spontaneous testimony, unfolding the experience of prison’s life and the agonizing perspectives inherent in the approach of freedom.
